The club’s apiary inspection on Sunday was another success which was led by the lead beekeeper Andy Ormiston with a great turnout from our members.
Our new beekeepers are starting to take the lead on hive inspections, with experienced members available for support. The colonies chosen for our nurturing initiative are developing well, and we anticipate splitting them in May.
