Click HERE or on the logo for the full report. Kevin Cowley was the lead beekeeper today; we had a lot of new members today. These were split between Kevin and Peter&Lori. They both checked through a colony and explained what they were doing. Then let the new beekeepers inspect the next colony with their guidance. The new members enjoyed the hands-on experience and want to assist with as many inspections as possible to help build their knowledge and expertise.
Two nucs were sold in the week; another was added to a full-sized brood box the previous week, now hive three; it was noted that this colony is looking strong and building up nicely.
