The W&DBKA Christmas meal was held at our social venue The Three Frogs on the 3rd of December. It was a great success with around 24 people attending. As usual when you get beekeepers together much of the discussions centred around bees and the problems of keeping them (or not in some cases).
On our table there were discussions on the weight of brood boxes, plants that deter wasps and the use of boric acid to kill wasps.
